This limited manufacturer warranty does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

This warranty and return policy applies only to orders placed directly through the official KIWI design website.
If your purchase was made through another retailer, marketplace, or sales channel, please contact the seller you purchased from for return, refund, or warranty support.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
Return Requirements
- All accessories must be included
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds for non-quality claims cover the product price only
- Returns may be rejected if the above conditions are not met
