What devices are compatible with the P5000?
The P5000 is primarily designed as an extended power supply for VR headsets. However, it can also charge any device with a USB Type-C port. For optimal performance, the connected device should support the USB Power Delivery (PD) protocol.
Is the P5000 safe to use?
Yes. The P5000 meets all applicable safety standards in the markets where it is sold and has undergone extensive reliability and safety testing.
Are there limitations on where I can attach the P5000 when using it with a VR head strap?
We recommend attaching it to the top strap for the best balance and comfort. However, you can secure it in other positions if that feels more comfortable for you.
Will the P5000 become loose when attached to a VR head strap?
